Have a 94 grand cherokee won't start out in New plugs wires cap rotor ignition switch fuel filter and fuel tank has been cleaned and new fuel pump new fuel pump relay

Have you double checked that the plug wires were installed in the correct order?

And by no start do you mean it turns over ok but does not start or that you turn the key and nothing at all happens?
