jeep grand cherr03 fan stays on until bat is drained

got a jump starts but when turned off the fan still runs how can i shut fan off

Just to be clear, the electric fan(s) on your radiator should run when the vehicle is turned off. If they run longer than about 15-20 minutes then you could have a problem. If this is the case, there's probably a temperature sensor associated with the fan(s) that may not be working properly.
