can vibration set off a misfire code

I have 2012 ram 1500 4x4 5.7L hemi. Have
been getting misfire code on cylinder5.
Crazy motor shake when under load.
Replaced plugs wires and coil packs on all
cylinders. Fan clutch motor is no good,
could the vibration from that be setting off
the code??

You have it backwards. The misfire is causing the engine to shake. Have the trouble codes read to know what is going on,

Also try running Premium fuel. If there is a hot spot in a cylinder or piston some gas types my ignite prematurely (ie, "misfire"). The vibration is the engine pistons opposing one another in the premature detention. The higher octane is additives to prevent that.
