Well may just need to start somewhere, and going by what it written above so far I would check oil pressure with a tool to test oil pressure with under the hood to know for sure it has oil pressure as running it to diagnose the other issues will damage the engine if it does in-deed have no oil pressure and is trying to cut off to save it-self by the computer, also check for codes saved.

Computer may need cleared of codes and turn the change oil light off and the drinking fluid sounds like the ac/heating system which is normal unless there is air in the system and need bleed of that air in cooling system to clear that up which may likely help that over-heating issue. Also stop driving it when its over-heating if you do not want to re-place head gaskets or if its been over-heated to the red line on gauge may need to investigate blown head gasket too.

Maintenance is vital. Have that change oil light cleared on the computer if it has been changed on time. Also check it for water/coolant in it. If it looks dark change again. If it has a milky brown look to it , put new head gaskets on it.
