95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening. Only does after I have driven for a bit. Doesn't have issues starting after sitting for awhile. If I wait ten minutes it will start again. Its almost like vapor locks or something idk
