2000 Honda accord DX. All dash lghts lit, radio works, interior light works and the door indicator has all doors open even though they are all closed securely. Car will not turn over at all. i replaced the ground cable which was corroded and frayed. still no go.

My 1987 Honda Accord DX surges when you get to about 2000-2500 rpm. I've replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and both fuel filters. My 1992 honda accord won't start. When u turn the key nothing happens. Lights and everything else has power. I haves removed the starter and had it tested. It's good. All the fuses I can see are good. It's a manual 5 speed. Noticed when I took the key out the alarm was still going as if the key was still in it. Any ideas? 3 Answers
