I am not a Dodge man, but doesn't that model have CV joints? If so, I would think that one might be bad. Is there any click, click, click noise when you go around a corner?

Brake problems would make noise every-time you hit your brakes whether in a straight line or turning a corner.

Your wheel bearings are going out. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE until you have someone jack up the front and check your wheel bearings. For those of you saying brake pads, they would grind in a straight line application or cornering.
