starter location for 1996 dodge avenger 6cyl

where is the starter located?
also, where would the starter relay be, in case I can check that before replacing the starter

relay is under hood not sure witch one .pull car up on rampo set e-breakyou will see oil filter look to left you will see starter has a metal heat shielde on it.
