I replaced My thermostat due to an overheat. (idler pulley let go and belt came off. After replacing the belt the temp would get to between about 160ish on the dash. I replaced the thermostat and now the temp wont climb past 140-150. Any suggestions?

have you made sure you have the right thermostat? they come in 160, 180, and 195 degree versions. it should be stamped on it.

I have a 1993 Dodge Dakota, 5.2L V8 engine, 4WD and im replacing the fuel filter but noticed that one of the rubber lines that connects to the metal fuel line to the filter had a small hole in it, i have all the stuff to replace it, but i cannot figure out how to get the clamp off on the one end that attaches to the metal part, it is a metal clamp, all the way around, and i just cant figure out how to get it off.
