Why is my 2000 Dodge Neon Stalling

So we have replaced the spark plugs one of the oxygen sensors the mas or map sensor  
did a test on the pressure gauge for the fuel pump read to 46...cleaned the throttle thingy
idk what else to do?! someone please help

Check air filter replace fuel filter and add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank and use middle grade or high test gas to help clean out the gum and carbon build up.
