running bad

I changed spark plugs and
wires now spitting and
sputtering won't stay running
unless u got your foot on the
gas.I don't think I got the
wires crossed I checked what
could it be.

Double check the spark plug wires. Did you make sure the spark plug gap was correct?

Usually plugs are OK but I always check them. The wires are the prime suspect. If two are switched it will run like crap.

If it ran okay before you worked on it the most likely cause is you got the wires mixed up.
