How else can I get a crank shaft pully off with out the puller on a 2000 300M?

It is pressed on a taper shaft,it can be done but not advisable,if you beat on it ,it will damage seal,and then you will have way more work to do and more money to,would lead to a rebuild,do your self a favor,go rent a harmonic balancer puller,and you will get your money back when you return it,,won,t cost you anything,it is this or beat it off,then you will cost yourself a lot more.
