Tire Pressure Monitoring System , one or more of your tires is low on pressure. This information and more is in your owner's manual. Check it out sometimes.

My 2010 Sonata has BOTH a "TPMS" warning in text which lights if the communication with the wheel pressure sensor and the car is lost and a second separate graphics warning symbol of a cross-section of a tire with an exclamation sign in it when a tire has low or pressure. So on mine, if the TPMS in text is lit, it is not necessarily low on pressure and may be OK to drive, just make sure to check the tires a lot and pay attention to the car handling and get it into a mechanic have it fixed.
