my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire has new battery , they had to shake the fuse box to start car what could be the problem

2005 Crossfire  has new battery , I thought it was alturnator going out, but was
told not sure, they said after they shook fuse box it started, but to look into the
actual issue want more money and time. What could be the issue and has this
car had this problem in the past. Ty

Obviously the problem is right there! If they shook it and it started i would start looking for something loose or burnt.

Hi. I hope by now that you have your car fixed. Crossfires are very well known for this problem. If the fuse box your referring is on the passenger side. Then it is most likely the Relay Control Module (pretty sure that’s the proper term) or RCM. It controls a multitude of functions from starting the engine to powering your windows. Rather than trying to explain further. Go to you tube. There are several videos that should help you. Be sure to disconnect your battery before you do anything and handle your rcm with care or you will cause a new problem as there are around a hundred solder points in there. I don’t mean to scare you as it’s not that fragile just don’t be a bull in a china shop. Good luck
