File a second lein using a tow yard YOU TRUST. Possesory lein packet depending on state, or through a court. As a rule though the lien needs satisfied to acquire title/true ownership over real property or said asset.

Guess my question was misunderstood ...I'm selling my crossfire which the bank holds the title will car gurus collect monies from buyer and contact my lien holder to pay off car and then send title to buyer ?

Sorry for the confusion the answer is yes, upon trade in they will take the car add the lein balance on to your new purchase. Dependant on cars value vs whats owed.

Your other option is find someone to take over payments, and ask for what positive equity you have into vehicle. Asking price use it as a down payment.
