Weak battery, major voltage drop on main cables, ignition or neutral safety switch failure.

Dont know too much about mech but i had just bought a battery, motor isnt locked i turned it by hand, it cranked like it wanted to start but didnt so i thought to replace the fuel pump, cranked still but no start than nothing but dash lights?

If you don't know much about mechanics then don't work on it . You'll just waste money on parts you don't need .
