Battery charger indicates fully charged battery

Try tapping on starter with a hammer while starting vehicle at the same time if vehicle starts replace starter.

Double check your battery charger by taking it to an Auto Zone or similar shop in your area where they will test your battery for free. will the car start by jumping it from another car?
