It's an older vehicle, it's supposedly is a good truck, I'd be willing to take a chance with it. I think it would be dependable. I'd sure like to have it .Mar 26, 2026

This Hummer is rugged, indestructible and will be there for the long haul as long as shes maintained properly. Not the best gas mileage but comparable to all V8 driven trucks. This vehicle is comparable to the Jeep Comander or the Ford Expedition. With regards to the price and as far as 4 X 4 s go, the Hummer gives the best bang for the buck.Sep 24, 2024

I like the 4 wheel independent drive axles. It is true that it is a bit excessive on gas. It gets 10 to 11 miles per gallon. Plenty of room even in the back seats. Very comfortable. Smooth ride. Front and back a/c vents.Aug 13, 2022

I just got it so the newness has yet to wear off. It's the beginning of the cold season so when winter finally hits I'm sure I'll love it even more. I'll hate having to replace the tires but hey...it's a HUMMER :D OK, so now I have to replace the tires and I'm sure it will be around $1,300. It handles not so great in the snow with the tires it has so we'll see what new tires do.Oct 22, 2014

There is no doubt the exterior design is unique, it really stands out amongst everything else. But being in the driver seat is what sold me. It handles well, drives smoothly, the visibility is phenomenal, and the overall comfort is great. Shortly thereafter, I bought a lightly used h2. After owning it these past few years, I can say I definitely made the right choice. It feels solid in heavy snow and pouring rain, it isn't as hard to park as you might think, and every seat is adequately spacious for an adult. Jul 30, 2014

A Hummer is the perfect vehicle for folks who don't care about fuel economy and minor annoyances. I wish it had a little more power, but it's perfect for road trips (great road vehicle) and nobody gets in your way. Also, a clean, well-kept Hummer is stunning to look at. Each time I think about selling it, I get slapped back to reality. According to Marketwatch.com, It's just quite possible that Hummers could be collectors items in the near future!
Enjoy!Feb 27, 2014

Lifted Hummmer H2 gets around very well in city & on highway. The Hummer gets around 13 MPG and is very nice looking. Maintenance is reasonable along with great reliability. The vehicle has 3rd row seating so no one is left behind.Aug 21, 2013

I like the looks of it with the vertical windows. Its very strong with many drive train options for off roading. Its designed to climb a 60% grade and traverse a 40% side slope. The extra wide body helps to achieve this.Nov 26, 2012

This is a great vehicle if you live out in the country with nothing but dirt roads between you and civilization. You can take this SUV almost anywhere except parking garages with less than 7 ft of clearance. A very safe and large footprint makes this a desirable family vehicle as well. We have owned this car since it was new and have loved every minute of ownership.Jan 20, 2012

The Hummer H2 visually stands alone by itself with its distinguished military look. You will be surprised that even though it's bulkiness and size can be intimidating, the Hummer is relatively easy to drive. The truck peforms as it is advertised. Interior dash looks cheap and plastic. Aftermarket pieces are needed to dress it up. Expect to average 10 mpg (gulp). Jul 20, 2008

Brilliant car - so what if it's thirsty! Marvellous V8 rumble, excellent view as you're so high, easy to park as it's so square, ALWAYS turns heads.Apr 30, 2008

Owned for a few years and really enjoy it. A little different than ripping around in the M3 but is has it's uses. Hoping to get new one when the diesel comes out.Mar 25, 2008

Second owner, picked up with 30,000 miles about a year ago, now over 50,000 and enjoyed each and every one. Great ride, comfortable interior, ergonomics satisfying, sound system above average, and a statement where ever you take her.Nov 10, 2007
