Amazing car! By far the best car I’ve had. It’s fast, reliable, and comfortable. The suspension enables this car to drive smoothly and without a worry! Dec 31, 2023

Likeable good value and quality. Dependability has some flaws but workable. Thus its a used car. Put the time and effort you will enjoy and get good use of it. Jun 01, 2022

Extremely reliable car had mine for 10 years then got in a major accident and the car was totaled. As bad as the accident was I came out unscathed. This car is 100% built for safety and economy driving while the interior gives you the feel of luxury. Would recommend to anyone. I might even buy another one.May 12, 2020

I like my nissan because it has been a very reliable car and has been very cheap to maintain. Compared to Honda and Toyota's I paid alot less for my nissan when I bought it and was very happy with the low cost of insurance and maintenance it has had. i would recommed anyone who is looking to buy a honda or a toyota to also look at nissan's. They have great cars that have much more reasonable prices.May 08, 2015

let me tell you about this one. Great performance. Acceleration almost feels beastly... sometimes, like it's too much for the car - which is also a problem, if you look it at. Great accessories. Built nice. Beautiful interior and exterior - feels a bit more classier than a Nissan used to be. Gas mileage is.... decent. Car is a little heavy, but the handling's not so bad. Great to drive. Loved every minute of driving this car.Feb 15, 2015

The cabin is very comfortable and everything is where I think it should be. The keyless entry and start took some getting used to, but I like it (I know some think it gimmicky, but I love that I don't have to fumble in my pocket for the fob). Great for long trips as well, surprisingly quiet at highway speed for a 6 cylinder, and it accelerates and corners great. On the minus side, the ride is very taut. And, if you live in a city that struggles to pave its roads (as I do) it can be a bit much at times. Also, under hard acceleration, the CVT transmission remains at about 5,000 RPM, I believe the Altima is more roomy and somewhat sportier then the Honda Accord or Toyota Camry, which have been the major players in the mid-size-sedan market for years.
Handling and acceleration were better than expected for a midsize 6 cylinder car. Averaged around 27 MPG in combination expressway and city traffic. Great looking car always appreciated the styling both inside and out.Aug 20, 2014

This car has a excellent brake system, I take as a security feature. Design and comfortable is something I love about this car, rear view mirror is great for wider view, smooth driving, great in Gas, low maintenance, great audio system, all cons..............Mar 15, 2014

Great for a family of 4 or single driver! Handling is smooth and acceleration is powerful enough you would never know it is a 4 cyl. Great variable transmission provides unique driving experience. The music box system is a nice finish for entertainment lovers like me!May 17, 2013

This car has been a great car for me. I drive a lot of highway miles in all weather conditions and this car has handled it all. I have been very happy with its fuel mileage as well as it's comfort while driving.Oct 30, 2012

I really liked the fact that I have not had any major problems with it. I have not had to change the transmission. To the best of my knowledge the only things that I have replaced are the brakes, tires, and front bumper.Aug 30, 2012

This is the facelifted 4th generation Nissan Altima for 2010. At first glance you know you are looking at something that is intriguingly different from its more dull and conservative Japanese offerings from Toyota, Honda and Mitsubishi in the heavily competitive mid-size market. It really does look good with modern lines and curves and a swooping roofline all the way down to the rear to give it that coupe look ending with rocketship looking tailights and twin exhausts that will definitely make it go unnoticed. This is the 2.5l 4-cylinder S model and it comes with an excellent 180 hp 4-cylinder engine. 0 - 60 mph takes just over 8 seconds and on to a limited top speed of 124 mph. Fuel consumption is an adequate 31 mpg. This particular car is equipped with a 6 speed manual transmission although a silly CVT auto is also offered. Inside you get loads of space with plenty of legroom and comfortable seats and a stylish but well made dash with a nice, warm and welcoming orange glow when the controls are lit up at night. The car offers great value for money compared to its rivals in terms of kit with cruise control, ABS, stability control and four airbags being offered as standard. Also included are a trip computer, tire pressure moniter, remote keyless entry and starter button. Options inlcude: Fog lamps, reverse sensors, folding electric mirrors, mud guards, rear spoiler and alloy wheels and many more. Luggage space is large with rear seats that fold down for even more space. On the road the car is great to drive with the perfect balance of being both a cruiser and a drivers car. Ride quality is excellent although a little harsh in some cases due to the firm suspension setup but road grip is superb with little understeer at the limit. The steering is responsive but unfortunately too soft and numb which does not make it a proper drivers car like the Mazda 6 but does not affect the fun factor in the overall driving experience. To conclude, the Nissan Altima is an excellent car for those wanting a car that is comfortable, stylish, well made and great fun to drive that is also loaded with kit and offers great value for money. Hats off to Nissan for a job well done. Apr 27, 2010

Horrible experience with my 2007 Nissan Altima 2.5S
It is currently on its 3rd transmission, 2nd set of airbags and 2nd brake system. The car has horrible road noise along with a whining from the engine that the dealer "can't hear". DO NOT BUY A NISSAN ALTIMA. Oct 08, 2009

Performance-great aceleration, tight braking,
awesome handling, brakes squeak some times.
Built Quality- I have had to replace almost all of the
Bose speakers due to rattling. No other major repair
has been necessary.
Appearance-sexy looking car
Cost of Ownership- I just got 500 miles/16 gallon
tank. You do the math.
Fun Factor- I enjoy this vehicle very much.
Major Dislikes- the Bose stereo is less than best for
me. I love my music and this system has let me
down.
Recommendation- I would highly recommend this
vehicle.Jun 25, 2008

The car design and the interiors are great, I love the BOSE sound system. On performance it is a great car in the city, for the highway it has some estability problems in some curves when driving above 90mph (130 km/h) which did not happen to me with the Accord. But still very satsfied with the car.Mar 07, 2008

I love everything from the looks to the power it dishes out. A tap on the gas and it goes flying. The looks can't get any better for a sedan, and little things like the radio on the steering wheel and the simple, not too clustered dash is a plus. I have 1200 miles on it, the only complaint is the really lousy mileage I am getting (as of now less than 15 mpg).Dec 27, 2007
