After driving it for the first time I knew I wanted it. I had to have some things line up for me to be able to buy it but they did and I was able to bring it home. The style, comfort and luxury are more than I ever could’ve asked for. Jan 20, 2025

Its a great looking and driving vehicle. I wish they made the third row in this model. However I always feel like the center of attention when driving a jeep that has that sleek, classic, luxury feel and vibe but also can be rugged and tough, and able to run with boss hogs whether on a trail or the open road. Its great for travel and great for inclement weather. What other car does what the Jeep Grand Cherokee does then or now? Not a one. Because Jeep is a stand alone Grand type of ride!Dec 09, 2024

This vehicle is exactly what I expected from the Jeep brand . It has some great features, including panoramic sunroof. It would have been nice to have a CD player or a hard drive that holds CD recordings.Aug 31, 2024

The one I looked at was a very good deal. It was very comfortable and easy to drive, The limited version is packed with bells and whistles. Similar to the Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander but not as expensive.Jun 21, 2024

I just bought my 4th Jeep Grand Cherokee WK model. I have had nothing but great luck with these vehicles. These are my work vehicles averaging 40k miles a year, run them to about 225k-250k before getting rid of them to no fault of theirs. I have had one transmission go on me at 97k and the Jeep dealership replaced with no problems. Thank you such a quiet, dependable ride. The only con I can think of is I wish better gas mileage. Here in Pennsylvania, lots of mountains, averaged 16 city 21 highway.Mar 30, 2024

I am used to having larger cars but went with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The car feels very comfortable with plenty of leg room in both front seats, not as much in the rear. A good sized trunk.Mar 14, 2024

This car has all the bells and whistles. It will even turn on the heated seats and steering wheel for you if the temperature drops below 40 degrees. It drives great, and the headlights are automatic so you dont have to worry about them either. I really enjoy this car and would compare it to a range rover. Mar 12, 2024

Having purchased Grand Cherokees prior, I find the Limited X to be the vehicle of my dreams. I have only been a fan of tricked cars and have never been much of a mechanic, so modifying a vehicle was never in my wheelhouse. When I saw an opportunity to replace my Last GC my search turned up with a Limited X. With the hood ports, dual-paddle for Sport mode, and dual exhaust pipes, coupled with a young, spry Pentastar V6, this AWD Jeep has the looks others dont. It has the guts others dont. It had me sold!!Jan 15, 2024

I originally had the 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited with the Pentastar V6. It had the Alpine 9 Speaker System and some other goodies like heated/vented sets and the panoramic sunroof as well.
I really like that Jeep alot! But I was hit in the rear corner of the vehicle by someone who just had to beat the light on a right turn and my vehicle sustained quite a bit of damage, while his crappy old 1998 Ford F-150 with the old Steel/Chrome bumper didnt have a scratch.
The Jeep never drove the same after. Dog-tracking and vibrating at speeds over 60 mph.
Anyway, after a couple months of that, I decided I had enough and started looking at upgrading. Prices were very high, and still are considering trade-in values have plummeted recently, along with high interest rates. But I digress.
I found a decent deal on the Grand Cherokee Overland with the Harman Kardon System and V8. White. 30,000 miles.
My Limited had the same mileage and I got a good trade value even with the accident (I take supreme care of my vehicles) and off I went.
Comparing the two, all I can say is that if you have the opportunity, the V8 Hemi, HK Audio System and Air Suspension are all absoulutely FANTASTIC upgrades. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Hell YES!
I cant see going back to a V6 now. Once youve had that 360 Horsepower at your disposal, its game on.
Everything else is standard Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge. Beware the dreaded touch-screen delamination issue. This isnt a one-off. Its a well known issue on Jeep forums and probably Dodge forums I would suspect, where a layer of the capacitive touch screen starts to peel away from another layer of the screen within the display. You can see it, but cannot feel it. It typically runs along the top of the display, many times hitting the clock button. This causes a non-stop beeping and pop-up asking if you want to set the clock. You can press no, but it keeps popping up. Eventually, it will pop-up and close on its own non-stop rendering the display and everything that is controlled within the display (climate, GPS, Audio, and more) unavailable and in a run-away state. There is no fix and Chrysler is refusing to acknowledge it as a factory defect, only repairing it if the vehicle is within the 3 years original warranty. Oddly enough, the failure happens almost exclusively soon after the warranty expires. The fix cost anywhere from $1200 - $2000.
So all I can say is buyer beware.
Its my only issue with the vehicle. But it is a big one. Feb 04, 2023

My favorite Grand Cherokee Summit is the one with the 5.7 HEMI V8 with 4x4 off road capability plus the power of the wonderful V8 HEMI. all in one marvelous package called Summit. The ultimate SUV. The jeep is the only capable SUV I Trust. Jun 07, 2022

I purchased a 2018 SRT Jeep Cherokee and it was everything I was hoping for. Plenty of power on tap but tame enough for the wife to enjoy. Plenty of electronics to play with also. Only downside is that it stays thirsty! Sport mode is fun but awful on gas. One of my favorite cars to have ever owned Apr 27, 2022

This vehicle is the top of the line SUV other than the sports model SRT.
It comes with more options than most people require including the air ride suspension, rear seat DVD and bullet proof 3.6L V6 engine to name just a few. Me and my family have two of the identical models and are more than satisfied with them. Two downfalls to look for are expensive repairs to alternator and air bags. Buyer beware. Jan 12, 2022

I am currently buying my second Grand Cherokee, it’s a fantastic vehicle! Only sold my first one because I moved to Chicago and had no need for a vehicle. It drives great, very quiet road noise, and super comfortable. Both of my GC’s are the Altitude trim and the suede and leather combo is so nice. I also love the infotainment system, great layout, simple and everything is sturdy. Nothing feels cheap in this vehicle!Apr 12, 2021
