This is my 3rd Grand Caravan , I chose the 2007 this time as its the last year of this shape (which I personally like the best) the stow-&-go seats are great and the 3.8 liter engine is Awesome and has reasonable mpg’s too.Aug 14, 2020

3.8L engine is much more powerful and more reliable then the 3.3L. it has all the options except leather, but power sliding doors, sunroof, cd changer, tow package, everything works fine and easy to maintain. i bought it used and would absolutely get another one.Mar 03, 2015

The stow and go cargo convertibility is an awesome feature that I will miss if I ever sold this van. Music system combines CD with Cassette and AM FM radio.
Requires minimal maintenance to deliver best performance.
This is probably the least troublesome vehicle I have ever owned.
Outside temperature indicator and Cardinal points indicator are a great help when travelling, as are the cruise control, steering-mounted stereo controls.Feb 17, 2015

Good van, has all the bells and whistles. Kids love the DVD entertainments system. Has tons of space to haul people and items from the hardware store or furniture store. Looks really good all cleaned up also. Stow-n-Go is great!Oct 27, 2014

I loved how comfortably the whole family and extended friends fit in it. It handles like a small car. Easy to park and hardly any blind spots. Loved that I never had to take seats out to haul stuff. Just tumble bumble right into floor.Apr 29, 2014

love this van great family van. great price for the value. honda or toyota vans would have costed me 10k + , this is a steal for almost half price with almost similar value and safety. parts are also cheap and almost all mechanics know how to fix this if you ever need one.Dec 24, 2013

We have owned 5 of the Chrysler minivans and have been very pleased with all of them. We even towed one on a dolly behind our motorhome for several years. It has all the features we need, lots of cargo space, excellent handling and good resale value.Sep 16, 2013

I love the Grand Caravan. This is one of the most reliable family vehicles that I have ever owned. We have put ours through hell and it keeps going. Just keep up the regular maintenance and it won't let you down.Jul 02, 2013

I love the transformation from cargo to family carrier. The van is nice looking and fun to drive. Long trips are nice. Cruises at 75 beautifully. It's quiet and has a great sound system. I would refer this van to a friend.Nov 15, 2012

its just a minivan.....its use is primarily for family transport. it doesn't do well on steep snowy hills, it has a moderate rate of fuel consumption, very comfortable interior, all around parts seem to be available and low priced. the only repairs I've needed to do were normal routine maintenance, and tires. not a very fun car to drive but it's very practical for families. LOve it . Best mini van I have ever had. I love how easy it is to get the kids in and out of the van. Love the stow and go seating. Very fun to drive and comfortable . The stereo is awsome. Sep 12, 2009

An ok car, better than any GM or Ford or GM minivan in appearance and engines, but a lot worse that any Japanese minivan in any other area. Performance is lame, engine has good torque for towing, but bad pedal feel and incredibly soft handling make it gross to drive. Quite inside, but cold vinyl and unsupportive yet comfy seats make it a pain to drive. The styling is one of a million, but if you like jelly beans, it's for you. It's cheap till something stupid breaks, but fixes are expensive yet often in stock. Not fun to drive. A great long term driver, but around town it sucks. Great for hauling kids or lumber, and cheaper than a SUV. Buy if it's in you budget, but consider a Toyota, Kia, Honda, or Nissan first. Jan 10, 2009

Everybody hates them except for me. Its the perfect road trip vehicle.
The utility, comfort and acceleration are great. The optional digital climate control is a great feature as well. Great highway mileage (24-27mpg's) but city mileage is horrible (11-15 mpg's)
Perfect for the dog and all my friends for trips to the mountains or to IKEA.Aug 07, 2008

I love the size of this mini van, I use it to buy building material. I can fit a sheet of plywood of 4x8 and close the trunk. I take it for camping trip and pack it with all the gear and even take firewood and still can fit more. Very handy but not very economic.Aug 03, 2008

I love having a van, there is so much room for everyone, I keep my nieces and nephews and with my 2 kids they all fit in their own seat! I love that the second row has a bench seat with built in safety restraints for the kids. I love the tinted windows and roof rack for vacations.Jul 17, 2008

The base engine is lacking in power compared to equivalent Japanese products. The Grand Caravan has plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5 with extra room for cargo or friends.Jan 14, 2008

I now have 77500 km on our 2005 gc and have yet to have any problems
we are running on ethanol and average about 37mpg on highway......!
Not very pleased with 3.3 loud drive train, but will live with it
for now. We have a 5 year 160000 bumper to bumper warranty so far we have only used to change a signal changer. I would recomend this
grand caravan to all my friends.Nov 02, 2006
