Ive had my Escalade for about 3 months now and it is AMAZING. I feel like the king of the road in that thing. despite its age, its very modern and classy. & it is HUGE! its literally a size smaller than the USS Marshall. If youre looking for a cheap, luxury family hauler, The 07-14 escalade is the move!Sep 28, 2024

The Gen 2 models are great, they dont feel like driving a tin can. Theyre beasts in durability, and come with all the bells and whistles Mar 01, 2024

Extraordinary power, always dependable, the season and weather never a problem with AWD. Logical and intuitive options, GPS, great sound system, and power everything that makes sense! Flex Fuel! Truly this is the Corvette of SUVs with room for the family, the dog, and has all the amenities. Love the styling and the 22 inch wheels. Performance and handling are amazing...this is an example of when too much is just perfect !!! Nov 30, 2020

The Cadillac Escalade is a great truck. You get a commanding view of the road, lots of style and room for the whole family, and then some. It can get expensive once you go over 80,000 miles and I would recommend getting coverage until 120,000. Overall my experience with the Escalade has been good, we've had two over the last 11 years. The new ones "2015" have gone way up in price and I think this will prompt people to look at other options.Jan 14, 2015

Great gas mileage for a car this size. Amazing performance handling and ride. The sound of the engine is one of my favorite things about this car! I have driven many cars and used to be a dealer. This car is my favorite!Dec 29, 2014

I've owned 4 Escalades over the years... the full as well as EXT models... to me, these are the best SUV's out there for what most people use them for - I mean lets face it, most people spending money for these or Range Rovers are not taking them off-roading, so you need to look at them as a daily driver... and for that, this car is phenominal... you get comfort because of the size and space, but also the ride - yes it is big and you have to pay attention when driving, but it is a comfortable ride that isn't 'truck like'... if you saw my review on the Range Rover, my biggest issue was taht it always felt like it could tip over... the Caddy is the exact opposite, you feel safe in it... no fear of tipping and while I wouldn't recommend the 'mindset' so you drive like you are indestructable, you do feel very save being in this car...Mar 05, 2014

The Escalade is a very comfortable ride and has a great amount of amenities. The 6.2 L Vortec engine provides more than enough power for towing cargo or a boat. Comfortable leather seats. 3 Zone climate control is wonderful. 22 inch wheels are very pleasing to the eye and do not adversely affect the ride quality. Jun 19, 2013

Would buy this baby all over again. It still looks brand new and drives like a dream. Totally worth every penny. This ride has features in it that I would never have guessed would be found in a truck. Its a keeper!Jun 04, 2013

Stylish, surprisingly easy to drive. Doesn't feel like a GM car. Cadillac included all maintenance at no additional charge. About same interior space as tahoe but overall outside dimensions appear more sleek and compact. Of course its a gas guzzler, but I knew that alreadyFeb 08, 2013

Gas mileage is poor at best - this thing is a gas hog. Should be made as a 4x4 vs an AWD to alleviate some of the fuel cost. E85 is guzzled in this motor.
The seats are very comfortable, would like to see some accent type stitching vs black material black stitch. Center counsel design is flimsy at best. Plenty of room though.
3rd row options are awesome in the many configurations you can move the seats to.Jan 29, 2013

Best SUV I have owned, love its stylish interior. The best plus point of the car is it's
performance, it has a 6.2 Liter V8 with 450bhp. It does cost more than other cars
to own since spare parts and fuel cost a lot of money but since Cadillac in the UAE
offer a 1 million km warranty its the best. Its the car I find most fun to drive!!Oct 20, 2011

Love the car and the iPhone application. It drives great and
comfortable. The onstar is a great feature. Bucket seats are a
plus along with the automatic 2nd row seat opening. Great
storage space if you have the third seat .Feb 13, 2011

Performance - This trucks performance is great
for a full size SUV. I have 24" rims/tires
which definitely helps with the handling but
does a number on the ride quality.
Build Quality - I was a little dissappointed
with the build quality of the truck. Buying a
Cadillac I though that it would be the best
vehicle that I have ever owned but that has
not been the case. The truck has been in and
out of the dealership for different issues
since the day of purchase. Maybe I got a bad
apple, maybe not.
Appearance - Beautiful truck in my opinion
especially with the over sized rims/tires.
Cost of Ownership - Gas mileage is around 11
mpg in the city and 16 mpg on the highway
which can be attributed to the over sized
rims/tires. I have always put premium in the
truck and with gas prices today a fill up will
cost you around $60-$70 here in Houston, TX.
Fun Factor - It's about as fun as you can get
in a full size SUV. I look forward to getting
into it every day!Nov 17, 2010

Power, luxury, size and looks ... finally, all four available in one exceptional car. Powered by a 6.2 litre engine, this car's roar is loud enough to cause the entire roman army to tremble. But, as soon as the doors are closed, all thought of the outside world vanish, as its top-quality sound-proofing, hand-crafted leather, DVD player and massage chair offer a drive that can challenge your own home ...Sep 10, 2009

Like riding in a limo, but with power. The overall
quality is fantastic as I never thought I would actually
own a "Cadillac". It is super comfortable and I love it's
ability to go in just about any type of on or off road
conditions.Jun 19, 2009

Tons of power, launches like backing into a wood stove with a bare hiney!! But it is not shy on the gas bill. Handles very well for a three ton machine. Some issues with trim pieces and paint in some spots. Very comfortable!! Limited space behind the rear seats for storage, should have bought the ESV model instead.

This truck is amazing. The gas mileage isn't great,
ours averages about 15 mpg, but, with 405 bhp, it can
out accelerate much of what is on the road. It rides
beautifully, and the Bose sound system turns heads
when its cranked. It's great for our family road trips
and for towing our toys. Aug 07, 2008

You feel large and in charge. Love the cooled seats and all other options. Vortec V8 has plenty of power to it as well. Not a hot rod, but enough to make it get up and move. Doesn't get the best mileage, but that's not important with a luxury SUV. Would like to own one. Jul 25, 2008
