This car has heated leather seats. In the cold, it feels great. The sound system rocks. Plenty clear and loud enough for me. Plenty of room in back seat. Has a trunk extension through backseat for golf clubs or skiis.Jun 18, 2013

the bad quality about this car was it had alot of things that needed fixed that i never had the time to fix. it also did not have the power i wanted. the performance could have been better the handeling was good and the braking was good but acceleration sucked because of the 172 hp. gas milage was pretty good.Aug 19, 2011

my only complaint is that is weighs too much. and of course i wouldn't mind a stock turbo but then again its not the s6. It has all the luxuries but it'd also be nice if there was a manual version offered.Dec 08, 2010

Built to last, elegantly styled, very luxurious. 240k miles and still going. It's got a 70 litre tank, and the 1.9 TDi unit manages 200 miles per quarter, quite easily. With respectable performance, it's an excellent, comfortable cruiser on the autobahns and motoways.Jun 08, 2010

Its a little older but its very nice for an older car. The core heater needs a little fix. Nice leather heated seats. Just about everything is automatic: locks, windows, seats, mirrors, transmission. Pretty fun to drive. Sunroof is automatic too!Feb 09, 2010

Saved my life plenty of times, has strong qualities, the performance is immaculate, it picks up fast and works like a charm, cost of ownership is cheap, just need oil changes and breaks because of rally driving. FUN CAR REALLY.Dec 07, 2009

1.8 Saloon Automatic Model, despite 190k miles the
engine is immortal, smooth idle, no rust. Only problem I
had was the distributor (one after the other the service
lights came on and then the power went completely
within half a mile maximum, quite scary - anyway, the
distributor needed replacing, $170 for a used one,
double for a new one). Now car is back to its best.Oct 21, 2009

Very nice acceleration, powerful engine, nice interior, solid design, German handcraft, 180 HP I am very very satisfied with this ride. Never leaves me alone. Fun to drive. Good deep color black. Leather seats. Air Condition and lots more to seeAug 31, 2009

This car was our company car in France, and my dad crashed it doing 200kph on the french motor way from Paris to Sable sur Sarthe. Ran into the taxi in the front after running over a pail of petrol on the groud. Taxi driver and my dad got out (safely) and when waiting for help and two cars smashed deathly by a blinded lorry. That's so much I remembered about the ending of our trip car. I remember it's sort of good on the snow (better than a Renault), that's all.Aug 11, 2009

ótrulegt að þetta sé árgerð 95 miða við að bilinn er með öllu tilheyrandi sem finnst í bilum í dag rafmagn í öllu þá á eg við sætum líka tvívirk toppluga cruise control ef að það fér ein stuðuljósapera þá kemur viðvorun að hún sé sprungin eg gæti haldið áfram í allan dag en þetta nægirAug 06, 2009

Great car for riding.. not driving
I actually have the 2.0 but that option didn't exist in the drop down menu. However, the powerband are awful.
Above 3800 rpm NOTHING happens, it just sound great but you don't really get anywere. Got it to peek 200kmph precisly but you need a LOOOOOONG straightJul 05, 2009

It's very good to drive, silence and nice engine! I like the quattro in the winter, and the sound of the engine when speeding. Nice look and a very good car! I like it a lot. Audi is best =DJun 14, 2009

first of all, mine is 2.5 ltr turbo diesel (not 2.8 gasoline)
170 BHP 330Nm
quattro, it is ;)
6 speed manual gearbox
0-100 km/h in 9 sec.
handling .... well it is a quattro so it's perfect
some tuning was done to the engine
if you want to have it in perfect shape, like I do, than it's expencive to maintain (it is 12 years old car, afterall ... like a good wiskey, hahaha), but the quality is high so not many things were replaced
interior is in perfect condition and the quality it top of it's class, only seats were replaced with ones from S6 (sport version)
appearance ... you decide :)

The second generation A6 is my favourite car that I have owned. It gave good performance, along with strong reliability and comfort. The styling still looks fresh today, and with 165000 miles on the clock when I sold it, it still drove like new. The 1.8 Turbo 20V engine Performed very well, but I would recomend the 1.9 TDI.

Great Bose stereo and plenty of room. Looks great in red. Power is okay but could use a larger V6. Coldest air condition i have ever experienced. It handles great and the ride is velvet smooth. As a car i just drive it is excellent. Plus it has decent gas mileage. Aug 04, 2008

This is the last car I owned before my numerous driving infractions, and 2 car accidents, made my insurance rates astronomical, and therefore I am unable to drive :(Feb 15, 2008

It's a nice car that gets you from A to B and handles really well. It's relatively comfortable, nice and small, and lasts a long time. Feb 09, 2008

I've been told that 2.8 liter v6 engine was modified from diesel engine which is so reliable. This car has never given me any trouble. When I took this car down to New Orleans for jazz festival from NY, it was raining so hard and slippery. I felt so safe and comfy inside of this car doing 80mph+ all the way.Feb 05, 2008

This was a fantastic car, solid, unstoppable in the snow (with Bridgestone Blizzaks), roomy (it had a popup third seat in the "way back" for carrying extra people to the beach).Nov 30, 2007

I am very impressed with the overall performance of this car. I was warned about possible transmission problems, until now. Nov 13, 2007

Bought the car used in order to fulfill need to haul my child, his friends and our dog around in relative comfort and safety. It is very comfortable, but it is fairly high maintenance and ppor on mileage (17MPG), plus it uses premium fuel. Also, Audi follows German engineering penchant for elaborate cover plates that presumably protect parts (?) but can make even minor maintenance a nightmare. Add to that way to many lightbulbs that will and do burn out, and what I would prefer is a simpler, less costly, lower maintenance while sturdy, safe and long lived vehicle. Cheers! Apr 26, 2007
