Just a gorgeous car that's fun to drive. Love the options such as heated and cooled seats, nav, back up cam, remote start. Very smooth ride, especially for an SUV. Super comfortable. My only negative, and it's a personal preference, I like to drive with my hand at the bottom of the steering wheel in the center, and the design of the steering wheel prevents this. I love some of the extra bonus features, such as the Cadillac script that lights up along the trim on the floor where the door closes. Also, heated back seats. Gotta love Cadillac for the detail.May 12, 2015

buying a luxury Cadillac you would expect a higher level of technology for headlights. many owners of the Luxury model are complaining about visibility and Cadillac has NO response. I updated my headlights with Sylvania SilverStar Ultras and it made a tremendous improvement. I would recommend car but on the Performance and Premium level to gain both HID headlights and Fog LightsJan 23, 2015

Didn't expect to choose Cadillac, been driving Honda for over 10 years. SRX on the dealer's lot blew us away with features, comfort and power. Wish the MPG was better, it is equivalent to my old Odyssey
Intend to keep this for 10 years for daily driver and road trips.

Nice looking in and out but it ends There. I live in the morteast and in cold weather the suspension queaks like crazy, the cars has rattles( told nothing they can do) it rides like a truck in touring mode which should be a nice smooth ride. Dumb things like door lock button in the dash center instead of the doors. The drivetrain is terrible , noisy engine and trans shifts all over the place. I bought it based on having a CTS and this looked like it only bigger, looks is where it ends. Don't buy this you will be disappointed. Make sure you test drive it and back roads you'll see what I mean. Also noisy on highway.Apr 06, 2011

Can there be another reason AC not working after new condenser installed?
My 2011 SRX was serviced for A/C blowing hot air. I paid $1,100 for a new condenser only the have the AC still not work. The garage said there was a series of vents in the AC system that must be misaligned and they would need to go into the AC system again (at the cost of 1,000 plus) to fix this problem. I called BS on this as the system was working fine before the air went from cold to hot...blowing fine. The garage will not refund any of my money or fix the vent system they are talking about unless I pay additional 1,000 plus. Does this sound normal or correct in any way?
