I have a 2009 Suzuki SX4 hatchback. The check engine light came on. Garage said it is the catalytic converter. After a few days of driving, the light went out. Should I have someone else check it. Wouldn't the light stay on unless it is something like the gas cap? It will cost a lot of money if it is the converter so I want to be sure. Thanks for any help.
My car is making a clanking noise when turned on and also when it drives. I think the engine is locked but I'm not sure. I also wanna find out how much would the repairs cost.
