I love the upgrades from my 2007 Honda CR-V EX-L. It’s got a power driver’s seat and front dual air conditioning, which was what I wanted. It looks brand new with only 73,000 miles on a 2009! I was also considering a Toyota RAV4 but it doesn’t have enough leg room in the passenger’s seat for my 6’2” husband to be comfortable. The dealer description named the incorrect exterior color. (No photos posted yet.) so I was a little disappointed when I arrived to test drive the car but the car drives great.Apr 20, 2023

Reliable , attractive, priced affordable. Was well maintained with low mileage for its age with enough features to make it a great car to be in. Its a honda without all the electric gizmos that cause trouble looking forward to many wonderful miles ahead.

I like my CRV - looks great, very reliable, relatively easy on gas, and it's got a good ride. I wish the road noise wasn't as loud as it is though, but I can live with that! It's got plenty of pep too for a 4 cylinder SUV, which I really like.Aug 23, 2014

Great car for everyone, from families with small kids or singles with lots of stuff! Handles like a car, reliable and has a great safey record. The back cargo area has a unique hard shelf that allows for groceries or other items that go in and out in the same day to be stored on top and blankets, beach chairs and other items which might stay in a car for an extended period of time.Aug 10, 2013

hi owned car since new aways maintained ,done all maintaince, gets about 25 mpg all the time mainly city driving, never let me down always start and gets me everywhere, comfortable, roomy has great a/c here in fla,good brakes and drives fantastic highly recomend to anyone to buy one May 02, 2012

boot. But clearly underpowered for the
weight. The quality is Honda, so there is nothing to say on this respect,
and fuel mileage is OK, eventhough this won't weld your back to the

its an amazing car drives like a charm very roomy good on gas gr8 speed and acceleration handles very well the insurance is a little expensive since you need full cover but its a fun car only had it for about 3 weeks and its already making good and fun memories its a 4wd so its good for dirt roads :)Aug 14, 2009

Nothing to dislike so far at all. The car has all the features I wanted, nice roof rack that fits very well and a ride that is surprisingly smooth. Excellent acceleration for a in line 4 cyclinder. The brakes are responsive but don't grab in hard stops and it is very nibble. Couldn't ask for better quality in workmanship. Everything fits well, tight and is well styled. Previously owned 2001 SE CRV. The 2009 XL model is greatly improved with a more quiet and smoother ride. Interior/exterior quality is what sold me versus the other competitors in this class. Gas mileage has also been improved over the 2001 model. I love driving & owning this car and I'm glad I stayed with Honda.Apr 29, 2009

How fix two interior lighting problems?
I just bought this used Honda with 144,000 miles and have two minor electrical problems, which I tried to fix with new bulbs. One is the passenger map light. I replaced it. It worked, but then it started working when it should be off. I think it burned out the bulb afterwards so now doesn't work again. The other is the overhead dome light. I tried to replace the bulb but was having difficulty getting the cover off. Then the light started working again, like maybe the pressure had shifted something inside, but it also quit working again later on. I'm thinking this is more than a fuse problem, and wonder if it is likely to be expensive to fix? Thanks for your advice....

2009 Honda CRV check engine light
This morning on my way to work, my check engine light, VSP, and exclamation mark(triangle) came on. As I started to get on the interstate, the vehicle would not accelerate. I pulled off the side of the exit ramp, turned the vehicle off and restarted. Now, only the check engine light is on. I recently(last week) got 4 new tires put on the vehicle. That is the only thing, we have done recently. Should I be alarmed? What is your recommendation?
