Hello my crown victoria keeps stumbling when accelerating with the gas peddle down about an inch. On heavy acceleration - it's not a problem. Only when casually pulling out. The check engine light was on - and the local repair shop put in a "DPFE Sensor for EGR Valve" and a new EGR Valve. Then engine check light is now off - however after $355 in repairs - it's still not fixed? What to do next? Help!! Thanks cliff in Maine
Now I wanna start off by saying my trans is good but for some odd reason my car won’t shift, I thought maybe it was the cable but when I was playing with the brake it shifted into reverse and then that was pretty much it, it starts and turns off perfectly fine , also my abs light is on do you think that contributed ? I need advice
HI, I would like to disable the trunk ajar switch and chime on my crown victoria lx but i haven't clue where it's located and how to do the procedure. Also my speedometer and odometer keep going off and on all the time and it's driving me nuts. Im thinking it's the VSS sensor but open to other possibilities. Thank you
