will spark plugs fire if timing belt broken?

2001 Neon RT 2.0L - plugs get spark, fuel to injector rail, no leaks, no noises, cranks strong, loud pop after/during cranking. Isn't the cam position sensor responsible for the firing of the plugs? If the timing belt is broken then the cam won't turn and the plugs won't fire? Won't start. Ideas?

My chrysler neon has no power

I am driving 2001 chrysler neon, it has no power, I suspected clutch plate and I have changed it but still no change.

where can i get a power steering and ac belt tensioner apart from main dealer

i have a neon rt 2.0i 16valve 2001 i lost power steering a few days ago only to find it threw the belt we replaced belt which was instantly thrown when we looked at all cogs we noticed the tensioner wheel was nackered and now i am having real problems getting one main dealers want £470 plus vat is there any where else i can try.

I hv a chrysler neon 2l 2001 lx,when I start it there's a smoke in the fuse box(engine),when I check the mtp/v fuse is blasted even if I replace it pls help
