The amount of miles alone with no pictures of the inside the price is to high. The car is 24years old.Mar 16, 2023

If I could have a do-over, I wouldn't pick this car. It was my first car and I regret taking it. Should've went with my first choice, Honda CR-V. Avoid older Infiniti's, if you're going to buy Infiniti, buy newer models. 2002 and up.Jan 05, 2015

This is a really nice SUV. Handles like a sports coupe, a bit under-powered with only a 3.3L V6, single overhead cam, independent suspension, fine tuned and made to look pretty, she's a tough one too. Off-roading, long highway trips, or just out cruisin the town, she will go almost anywhere and do almost anything. Equipt with a very unique 4WD system for more efficient and effective driving in unpredictable conditions. I wouldnt trade mine for the world.Feb 04, 2010

Its got a 180HP V6, which gives a good amount of power when needed. The transmission setup is sweet, very torque-full and possibilities to control gears even as an automatic! Fuel economy is ok for an SUV, and the stock bose sound system is top par. Ride quality is smooth and blind spots are small, making this an excellent highway vehicle. Interior cabin noise is low for an SUV. The highlight of this vehicle is the 4WD system, its an electronic on the fly switching between rear wheel drive and 4wd, and when 4wd is active, the truck GRIPS really well. Traction is good and the limited slip differential activates exactly when needed. Turning with 4WD active on snow is not excellent though, car tends to oversteer at higher speeds in snow which is expected of course in snow. Overall i am very impressedDec 02, 2007

Infiniti QX4 4WD light comes on while driving, car stutters and stalls
So, awhile back I had to drive in some icy conditions. I used 4WD for this, and have never actually used it before (bought this car from a friend almost 2 years ago). I followed the directions properly for putting the car into 4H AUTO, though I didn't switch to it while the vehicle was moving, I was parked with the engine running. It seemed to work fine. A few days after this my car is running very strangely; it started with the RPMs dropping all the way to 1 anytime I take my foot off the gas, even If I'm going 80 MPH! So of course, when I put my foot back on the gas the engine revs hard all the way back up to the RPM it would normally idle at when driving that speed. After about 2 weeks of that, the car is now stalling sometimes when I come to a stop, and it stutters and misses incredibly bad at certain speeds/RPMs/whenever it feels like it. Also, the 4WD warning light comes on and the back tire lights on the dashboard diagram go out (no-wheel drive?) shortly after I start driving. It's gotten so bad I can't even drive the car anymore, as I'm afraid of making it worse or causing some other problem. Any idea whats going on? I'm not sure if the 4WD warning light has anything to do with it.

Hey! So I have a 1999 Infiniti QX4. I recently purchased vehicle with a 137.xxx miles on it. When purchased I was told the fuel pump was bad and would stall after driving for a short period of time (2-3min). I replaced fuel pump then received a check engine light for a “Fuel Temperture Sensor”. I located the Sensor on the sending unit so I replaced the sending unit. I was able to get it going again but it would stall out shortly after. We noticed that when you tap the “Throttle Position Sensor” the car would start up again, so we decided to replace that as well. The vehicle started right up and was able to drive about 2.5 miles before stalling once more. I was unable to get the vehicle to turn back on so I decided to take it to an Infiniti Dealership and have their service technicians take a crack at it. The technicians first thought after reviewing the vehicle was a bad distributer, but after further testing he ruled that out. As of now the vehicle is still being diagnosed and we have yet to find an answer for the problem. I’m hoping someone has seen this problem before and has some knowledge that can help. Thanks You!

Why is my car starting up but not moving in drive?
It will start up but as I rev the gas it doesnt budge in drive or nuetral...it reverses but it will not drive and when it does move it doesnt go above 10mph...I dont know what the problem is please someone help me I dont wanna give up on my truck. 240k miles on it no engine light on...it started yesterday after I put it in park to go into the house. the car was warm cus I had the heat on, It is winter where I reside.
