1999 Ford Countour SVT

When I go to start the vehicle it clicks once and then like drains the battery. I'm trying to figure out what the issue could be it was going down the road just fine then stalled out it wouldn't pop start or the ignition switch wouldn't work either I know the starter is starting to go out but that wouldn't stop it from pop starting what could the issue be?

I have a 1999 ford contour svt manual shift, the shifter seems to quite frequently separate right beneath the shifter, any fixes or ideas where l can get replacement parts????

99 ford contour with check eng light flashing sometime's

my car has the 2.5 liter svt motor with 98000 miles. engine code G. the check eng light recently started flashing on me periodically. i took it to my dad who has been a tech for over 34yrs. certified in every field. we spent all day a week back trying to diagnose the prob with a scan tool. it put's out these codes po 302,300,and 306. in mode 6 it puts out a 41-12, 51-07,08,090a and also 52-00. Its showing a misfire on the back 3 cyl. when you pull those plug wires you can hear it drop the cyl. it doesn't do it all the time and it also drive's and shows no sing while driving that it is misfiring or any loss of power. he is leaning towards the computer putting out false codes but not for sure. has anyone else experienced this prob or have any idea's were at a loss. thanks Jason

i have a 1999 contour svt theres something wrong with the clutch its up where its suppose to be but it pushes to the floor and wont let me shift does nybody no wats wrong with it?
