I accidentaly thrown a 3 liters of water into the fuel tank, I thought it's a petrol. Now when I start the car it cuts out. I believe there's water in the injectors. I tried to drain the tank, but I believe there's some in to the engine. Please help

I Replaced my fuel pump and my idling mechanism It now has fuel pressure but the car still won't start
So yesterday i was driving doing about 100-120 km an hour and all of a sudden i feel the car pulling back and the power slowly dying under my gasfoot, i try nd rev up and hear this holow clucking sound coming out of my cold air induction sytem every time i rev up, i dont know whats the problem, is changed plugs even, but it idles as if 2 spark plugs are dead. Helo me please
