pcm ..no communication
pcm wasn't communicating with diacnostics...replaced it and still not reading. replaced the wires as well..any ideas?

Speedometer
I am having problems with the speedometer of my intrepid. Depending how fast I am going it can be out 5-15kms. I have ensured the tire/wheel size is correct and the trip tick and mileage counter seem to be ok.
