Gorgeous looking car ,plenty of fun,lovely sounding car,loved owning it but beware expensive to service!!!!!!!!!Reliable though never let me down,dont be put off by the hairdresser/womans car tag you will truly love owning this car try to go for a 3.0ltr v6 and black is definatley the best colour.Feb 28, 2010

I had to own one of these at some point but boy am I sorry I do !!! It looks great and with 2.0lt engine it goes resonably well steers fine and stops when it shopul on breaks BUT thats only when the damn thing is running at all.... I've had a nightmare, from a very original fully serviced car with all documentation to support it's history including the original bill of sale and 10K's worth of receipts I expected it to be a little more resonable and NOT break down every 20 miles but IT DOES a crap mechanic also has not helped my cause and with 3K of my own spent on it and a replacement engine !!!! I'll not be tempted to go Alfa again for a while anyway :)Mar 17, 2009

very clean and timeless design. good brakes, direct steering and 150 hp. GTV is a little bit to heavy for being a good sport car, but it is very nice and pleasent Grand Turismo Veloce. way too high maintence costs but a lot of fun to drive. I've surely have spend so much money on this car so I probably colud buy a new one, but I love it! Sep 21, 2008

It is, without doubt, sex on wheels. Even Jeremy Clarkson loves its looks...yum yum.
However, you should only consider an Alfa if your wallet is fairly impressive. Have recently replaced steering rack and suspension parts and find myself with £900 less than i had before.
