Battery is good,yet car won't turn over or click, and my stereo cuts out.
When I am driving my back lights aren't on yet fuses are all good and when stereo is on and car is off, back lights stay on. Please help

good commute car, good with gas economy, easy to fix, interior in a good condition, everything works, this is a Toyota Corolla parts car, but assembled by Chevrolet.

So far my car has been a safe haven for me. I had no fear driving up the streets of california's coastline or through the backroads of the heart land at night alone. In fact it was quite cozy. And I'm sure that when my Prizm gets it's first A/C unit and Power steering pump, the fun will continue. My Son and I have recently started the job of body repair, and I hope for the best. All this being said, I would reccomend keeping your Prizms up to par because you might have a hard time finding a better gas saver.Nov 19, 2014

i didnt have this car for long because of a friend messing it up. the car is great to
have. it have a lot of room very comforted. great car for a family or a beginner
driver for a manual. its a good car to go on a road trip. about $25 or $30 will get u

Our first step into the Corolla experience (yes, it is a Corolla with GM labels). This car spawned a series of Corollas for our kids including a 96, 98 and even a 95 wagon. The green Geo had every possible option even leather seats but the best feature was its dependable fuel efficient driving. These cars don't go fast (but as a parent that is abig plus) and they have air bags and anti-locks to keep your loved ones safe.Jun 24, 2012

This is a money saving car. I get around 25 mpg, use it for college, never lets me down, very reliable. Had to do a some maintence to it, but only the usual oil change, brakes etc. Has over 215k and still getting the job done. May 17, 2012

what i like about this car is that it saves on gas because it take the cheap gas and
its manual too. what i dislike about this car it don't have a gauges that tells you

Awesome performance, bought the vehicle new, and won't quit. The quality of the vehicle is outstanding as far as wear and tear, and performance. The car doesn't have the power it did new, but still has good pickup, and go.Nov 29, 2009

i don't like that it's a four door or that it has nothing that is power and no sunroof. it's easy to maintain but not very fun to drive. It's a great first car for anyone tho. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a first car or a car to screw around in Jul 15, 2009

Chevrolet-Geo and Toyota are hand-in-hand when it came to making the Geo Prizm. With its overall base of the car being a Toyota Corolla, the Geo Prizm is an awesome first car. Mine being a 5-speed, it gets 30-33 MPG in town and almost 40 Highway MPG. Great Car!Nov 11, 2008

Well my car is like amazing... 2 me. ITs fricken light blue, very easy 2 find! it was hit with paintballs so it has a lot of dents in it. my brother drove the crap out of it! He went mudding n leafing n in winter he E-braked her all the time! I treat it very well. Aug 15, 2008

I pushed this car so hard all over COL. I got 3 speeding tickets in this bad boy (the first for 30 mph over in a 60), its faster then you would think! A week after i put some ballin ass subs in the trunk i total it, luckly no one was really hurt except some stiches and a scar on my eyebrow. Thats what a seatbelt will do for you in a head on collision. Luckly i wasnt drinking that night (believe me they checked at the hospital) because still to this day i have no idea what happened. Car won't start
I have a 95 Geo Prizm and just got a new battery for it. It wouldn't start last week and my dad checked it out and said it was wet and beds a tune up but then we got it to start. Then tonight after work it wouldn't start again. Clicks and the dash lights work. One person said it could be my starter but then another says it sounds like it's the battery. I plan on buying the stuff to tune it up tomorrow but how can I tell if it's my starter or my battery? He even tried to jump it but it didn't help. I also live about five minutes from work and haven't done anything all week but go back and forth between there and home, so not sure if it's not getting enough charge.
