Hi, my 94 Fleetwood died while leaving a parking lot today. Tried to start again, cranks but doesn't engage. Replaced opti spark and water pump 2 mos ago. Sounds the same when trying to start as before I replaced the opti.
This morning I woke and drove as normal when my steering started to tighten when I turned, and suddenly the radiator started steaming. I got it home, not once time overheating.. checked to see, and saw just steam from the left side of radiator near reservoir coming up. No bubbling, No Lights (dash) no leaks that I know of. Or could see. Any helpful suggestions or insight I'm grateful. Thanks
I have a 1994 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, with two radiator cooling fans. The passenger-side fan works as expected, but the driver-side fan does not run. The fan motor was tested directly against the battery and it works fine, checked all of the fuses and they are fine, checked power supply to the relay contacts, and there is power, checked the relay itself and it works fine, checked the water pump Temp switch and it was OK, Also, the AC works just fine, there is no dash-light for "check engine", but the fan will not run. Where do I go from here.
The blower motor in my Fleetwood only works sporadically. Would I need to replace the motor or is there another issue?
pmc have no code when I start the car cooling fan are off after 05 minutes service engine lights come on & cooling fans starts on full speed & never stop
