This has been my favorite car for the last 18 years. I bought the 93 because I survied a head on crash in my 92, the car was totaled but I'm still alive. Never felt saver in a car. Great on long trips and just getting back and forth to work. Comfortable, great pick up and a lot of luxury features I missed on my last 2 cars. Heated side view mirros, automatic adjusting rear view mirror, power seats with memory for 2 drivers, Huge trunk and the back seat leg room is roomy enough to be confused with a limo. This car has been my baby. We have kept it well maintained and it has served us well. Would buy another one in a heart beat if they still made it. Sep 23, 2013

Had this car for about 6 months. Got it for free, and fixed it up.
Never any mechanical issues, except for the starter sometimes wouldn't engage, but click the key a few more times and it would work.
Man it was full of luxury. 6 way adjustable seats, PLUSH seats, bench in front, automatic climate control, rear air ride. It was awesome. Even hauled a chevy v6 engine in the trunk, and the air ride leveled it out. Car was a tank. Sold it to a friend.Sep 03, 2011

This was a beautiful car. I really should have kept it for my daughter, Jessica, to drive and got rid of the Intrepid when I bought my current car. Rode like a dream, had power everything, beautiful gold color, and it was an overall great car. That's when Chrysler was still building great cars.Jul 26, 2009

good on the gas and it runs great. Front wheel drive
and good overall suspension are great on handling the
car. it can give a good take off and not feel out of

The fan is coming on when the car is turned off. Ive had the car for 1 yr & fan has never ran with car off & next thing i know my batterys dead & car dies if i take my foot off the gas
When i got to work the other day i got out of my 93 New Yorker Salon 3.3 liter & i noticed the fan was still running with the car turned off, which grabbed my attention immeditly because Ive had is car for a yr & the fan has never continued to run while the car is turned off. I thought it eas wierd & went on into work. So when i got off work i get into my car & all inside lights were dim & the car eouldnt start. I had to get a jump from a coworker. I get home 15 miles away, turn off the car & NO fan is running. The next day my car started right up & off to work & again i get out of my car at work & the fan is running with the car off again. So i came out on lunch & it starts right up except this time it goes back dead almost immeditely. So i started back up & as soon as i take my foot off the gas it dies. I let it run for around 5 mins with my foot lightly on the gas but i take foot off gas & dies again.Well i get off work & battery is dead again. I get another jump & i had to hold the gas petal down the whole home so it wouldnt die on me. I get home 15 miles, got in my driveway & as soon as i took my foot off the gas it died. Ive never had a problem out of this car until this fan thing, running while car is off. Now the battery dies & the car if i dont keep my foot on the gas it goes dead also. If anyone has a solution to these issues, battery dieing & foot on gas & fan please let me know.!!!!! Be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why am I getting no spark?
I have a 93 Chysler New Yorker salon 3.3l it was running fine after I replaced the Brain and added a new alternator. It will crank but won't fire! I replaced the spark plug main hub? Still no spark. I think it might have Somthing to do with Crank or Cam shaft postion sensor so I ordered both. Will this fix the problem ? And where are these located on this Car to replace? Thank You

I am not dumb but let me tell u I can't seem to find anyone that can help me. The low wan headlight on my Chrysler New Yorker fell out while I was driving. I got the adjusting screws n headlight but I need the part that holds the headlight in can anyone tell me wat that part is called?
