91 Eclipse starting issues, addendum to prior question.

91 Eclipse 1.8L 5 speed will start and run like a champ but when you turn it off whether after 30 seconds or 15 minutes it will not restart. No noises but power to radio lights etc. Will not take a jump but will push start. After resting for a couple of hours will restart right up then will not restart when turned off. Added that it runs strong.

Spark

I have a 91 Mitsubishi eclipse for the 1.8 in it I bought the car it was not running I put a new ECU in it and I got it to crank up but when it cranks up that dies instantly will not instantly but it dies it don't get no spark at all but you can sit there and let it sit and try to crank it again and it'll crank up for a minute and then go back off with no spark when you turn the key on you can watch the gas needle flutter if it don't flutter it won't crank but if it flutters it gets parking in the crank up but it'll run for just a minute and then it'll die again I don't know what else to check I put a new fuel pump in it check my distributor check the plugs they're all good can someone please help me

i have a 91 gs turbo and was wondering if the 99 gst turbo motor will fit,..pug and play anyone know

I was messing with some wires in the area behind the radio and my windows and fan for the a/c don't work anymore butt hey used to. I also think that the wire for the fuel pump got short wired if that has anything to do with it

gsturbo 1991 i am only getting 200 miles per tank........the car runs good and fast...... no gas leaks..........plenty of power and zip........i like the car but only gets 200 miles per tank please write back.......my email is gregsmalibu@gmail.com
