1990 Ford F-250 7.5 L, loses power

I have a 1990 Ford F-250 7.5 liter (32k miles) gas engine that loses power going up hill with a load. Around town on level streets, no problem, seems to run great. I have researched the issue on different sites. Some say it’s the fuel filter, other the fuel regulator. Where do you think I should start to resolve issue? Thanks

dirty oil and gauge bouncing

Took pickup in for a tune up, anyway when I got the pickup back when I shut off the truck gas would start running out of my front fuel tank fill tube. Evidently my rear fuel pump was still pumping with engine off. Mechanic was a friend of a friend and I didn't want to make waves so I quit using rear fuel tank and thought little of the issue. Within a couple weeks of driving 20 miles a day my pickup's oil pressure gauge began bouncing after running for about 5 minutes. I changed the oil and took pickup back to mechanic ... he said it was likely the oil pump causing gauge to bounce. he changed the oil pump no improvement. I asked about the fuel pump and he said that wouldn't do it. Bought the pickup for $900 in 2016 drove it daily for almost 3 years it has been pretty much parked for the last couple. Fresh oil looks thin and nasty in very short order... is this a write off or can I get it figured out some how? Between tires and mechanic bill I have extra $2000 into it and it still doesn't really owe me anything just hate to give up like the mechanic did if it's something simple. He said compression was good and oil pressure gauge working correctly just doesn't know why oil is deteriorating so quickly and gauge is bouncing.

Stalling when giving gas from stop?

Lately when I'm driving my truck will sputter and stall out when I give her gas going from a stop. Shes never done this before and im concerned as to what could be the cause. I've replaced a lot of parts but she still seems to do it either way. Could it be a sensor I've overlooked? I have checked and replaced many broken vacuum lines and she is getting proper fuel pressure. Replaced: Fuel pump 4/4/21 Fuel filter 4/4/21 Fuel pressure regulator 4/4/21 Ignition coil 4/3/21 Oil and filter 3/25/21 Spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor 3/12/21 Egr vacuum, egr position, air bypass, and air diveter solenoids 3/2/21 Eec and fuel pump relays 2/16/21

what trans is in my 1990 4x4 f250 with the 5.8 5-speed manual.., or is it 4 speed overdrive?

My 1990 F250 had a 460 engine installed. How much tranny fluid does it take?
