I drove 200 miles with no issues. Drove around couple of short trips after, no issues. Let car sit 12 hours, dead . no clicking sound at all. Found one connector on battery was loose, so I tightened it. God a jump from Power Pack. Let it idle 15 minutes. As soon as I turned on the lights the car died. The battery is over 2 years old. my '89 prelude sometimes won't start after it has been sitting in full sun after driving for about 15 minutes. when trying to crank it, it sounds as if the car is out of gas, and seems to be getting no spark. In the morning (when cold) it never does this. what could be the problem?
Have a 89 Honda Prelude 2.0si b20a5 was parked running in 2002 pump was locked up replaced it new coil new plugs new fuel filter no blown fuses will fire of starting fluid but wont stay running. i think the gas could be bad but has sea foam and others in it also has good fuel pressure but not sure if injectors are working are showing power at the injectors any ideas? I also have the thought of it being the fuel pressure regulator plz in needing of help
