The only time I can shift into 4 high is if the truck is at a complete stop. Is this normal?

Does my truck have a low fuel light indicator?
What does this indicator mean? (It looks like maybe Low Radiator Fluid, but it's next to the fuel gauge. Could it mean Low Fuel?) I just got my truck so I'm not up on what's what on the dash yet. I'm running the truck low on fuel to see if there's a low fuel light anywhere. Thanks for your help.
