I started a listing a few weeks ago but never ran it, now it keeps pulling that ad up now that I want to sell this car, but it shows it's been listed for a month. It hasn't. I want zero days on the market, not a month.
I just replace the fuel sending unit and found that my gauge is till not reading anything. Any help would be awesome. I have been working slowly and would like to have this road ready by February.
I've already had the starter rely replaced, do I need to replace the starter? The mechanic I go to says it's not the original starter, so it sounds like it's already been changed sometime before. AAA guy told me to keep turning, turning, turning the key until it latches and turns on, and it does at times or just sit waiting for 20 -30 min. before that works again. Thank you!
I pulled the head on my 88 FJ62 and had it rebuilt. I noticed that the new head gasket I ordered was a bit different than the one I pulled off. On checking, the old one appears to be for a FJ 60 series engine. However both gaskets block most of the coolant ports. The new gasket blocks two additional ports than the old one. My old cylinder head was cracked so had to get a different core to have rebuilt. If the old one cracked with fewer coolant ports covered, wouldn't a head gasket that covers even more ports just lead to more cracking?
