jaguar xjs v12 no spark
i have a 1988 jaguar xjs with the 5.3L v12 h.e. and i was wondering if theres something before the ignition coil that can cause no spark with a new ignition coil i also replaced the starter relay

To be perfectly honest, the 1988 XJ40 Jaguar XJ6 had some issues in its first two years - from the smaller engine to the digital dashboard and even those dreaded seatbelts... The car looked and drove nicely, but they didnt fully sort the car out until they added the larger engine (4-liter) and revised the dashboard to analog gauges... The quality was much better from 1992 to 1994 (when they even offerd the 6-liter V12)... However, the 1995 through 1997 (X300) are arguably the best of the XJ6s and XJ12s (especially long-wheelbase models 96/97, until 1998, when they switched to the new V8 and newly-updated interiors... The V8 had some timing-chain guide issues and cylinder-liner issues until 2001... but they are very refined and powerful.Apr 20, 2021

i have a 1988 jaguar xjs v12 he i parked it one day after driving it and i went out the next morning and the car would not start at all. i put a new performance fuel pump, replaced both ignition coils as well as all the relays including the starter relay and still nothing, any help would be much appreciated.
