Need help to identify stolen component

I own a 1988 Dodge Aries K car which someone stole the battery out of today. There also appears to be a part stolen off the engine which I'm trying to identify. I need to know which fuse is my feul pump?

I have a new feul filter to install and I can't find my feul pump fuse to disable it.I know this a need to change my feul filter.

how many mpg does a 1988 dodge aries get

92,000 miles on car, 4 cylinder

I want to disconnect my feul pump to put in new one, I was told that keeps pressure off when I take old filter out and put new one on.

I know to disconnect battery, but I need to know the fuse to my feul pump to diable it to relieve pressure while changing my feul filter.
