If you know me, you know this truck will always be a part of me and my friend's memories forever. It survived many crazy ass adventures, lit on fire multiple times, rammed, been rammed, got sunk, made noise, everybody knew who you were before they could actually see you or the truck. :DApr 09, 2012

i have owned to bronco full sized and a bronco 2. i love all broncos they are by far the best truck out their. i will say the only place that ford messed up was when they stopped making broncos with solid axle front ends.Dec 11, 2010

this bronco also had a 4.9 300 in line six cyl. with a 4 spd.sold it to a friend 4-5 years ago with 515 000 kms with no major issues and its still running well,all i did to it was change the front and rear bearing in the trans and a few seals and the tips of the fork in the transfer case and the front drive shaft.the rest was just normal stuff.unstopable off roader,not that much power but you cant kill the 300 and 4 spd.this motor and trans combo will stand up to anyting u can throw at it.Jul 06, 2010

i bought this truck for 500 bucks put 300 into it for a new starter and flywheel. and after all that it still took two people to start it, one person hitting the starter with a hammer and the other person turning the key. this truck was a complete waste of my money.Jan 21, 2010

It is a Rust Bucket, but the 5.0 runs great. It came to me with quite a bit of problems but i like it a lot despite its faults. holes in the flloor, wipers dont work, no back glass, gas is really hard to put in without coming back out. She aint pretty but she runs great and seems like it will be a lot of fun in the long run. especially for five hundrer dollarsDec 02, 2009

its alright. its rocking the ford 302 5.0l V-8 backed by
the all powerful 4 speed with a granny gear 1st.
Topping off all the raw power is a complete power
package. power everything! it even has cruise control.

It was a mudder. Reasonably good for the street as well. Handled well for its size but used gas like no tomorrow.
Very durable and maintainence was frequent but cheap. Easy to do in your driveway. Good first car to work on yourself. Jul 31, 2009

How do I free a stuck flywheel?
I have an 87 bronco 1. I was riding through some water that wasnt very high and it died. Tried starting it back but it just clicked. I've changed yhe starter and solienoid and then discovered the flywheel wont turn. I dont know the next step to fix the problem. Please help..

bronco wont move when i switch gears, why?
Hi, I've got a 1987 Ford bronco, good condition. It's been working fine since i've fixed it but recently it's been having problems. usually it only has to sit and warm up for about 10 minuets before you can change gears and get it to move. Today I sat in it for 20 minuets and it wouldn't move when I put it in gear. Didn't matter what gear i put it in, it wouldn't move. It changes gears fine, doesn't make a weird noise or anything, it just wont go. Any suggestions as to what it could be??

I have an 87 ford bronco it turns on then idol for a few seconds then shuts off I put gas in it and it stayed on for a few minutes was able to drive it from back to the drive way then it shut off agin
