Crown Vic fuel pump issue.

For the past couple of months my Vic's fuel pump has been making a constant loud buzzing sound. Meanwhile, the car will NOT start up without me giving it some gas and even after it's started I have to keep tapping the pedal for a minute or two or it will die. I'm guessing it has something to do with the fuel pressure but I'm obviously no expert, as this is my first car.

Miss fire

I have a 1985 LTD CROWN Victoria. I changed the plug and wires and now my car has a small miss fire. I did the gaps and yet it still studer. I don't know what it can be.

On my 1985 Crown Victoria oil is leaking but it's not coming from the oil pan it is coming from something that plugs in right above the oil filter I don't know what it's called but it's leaking pretty bad when I start the car and I need to know can I put it tighter or do I get a new one
