0-60 in almost never, top speed of 65, and slows down like Titanic headed for an iceberg. BUT, it was probably the coolest vehicle I've ever had. The 6.2 diesel made cool sounds with straight piping, and got descent fuel mileage for a full size truck. This actually being an M1008 Military truck, it had NO creature comforts, but that was ok with me at the time. However, since I needed to drive on the highway pretty regularly, I decided to sell this because of it's miserable performance. It would have been good for a toy/ second vehicle.Oct 24, 2009

I bought this truck back in may of 2009, Great truck. Powerwise, is great but the air pump makes the gas milage terrible, take the belts off, and the truck runs mint. Recommend this to anyone who love old trucks.Sep 01, 2009

This wasn't actually a C/K 30...it was a military D-30. Went through Desert Storm and had a 6.2 non-turbo diesel with a 3 speed transmission. This puppy could tow and haul like a sonofabitch! Awesome work truck. Minimal rust and minor engine faults. The starter was the only problems we had. Sometimes it would keep starting after the engine was running. We had two rebuilt and two brand new starters put in and it still did it. Other than that, solid as a rock!Sep 06, 2008
