1977 Plymouth Volare Reviews, Pricing & Specs

Dad had a 77 aspen, same thing, so he kinda wanted me to get this car as a father-son project. I havent done anything with it except strip the original 318 down to the block and rotating assembly.It also came with a 360 that id like to paint and get a cam, bore it 60 over, stroke it, and get a top mount supercharger- weiand 142 probly. Eventually Id like to get a Viper engine/tranny package to put in it but that wont be for a while yet. I want to set it up to be a good handler but dad wants a dragster so well see. Right now its red with the white vinyl half-top, might change the exterior colors, but not the interior, its white but needs some reupholstery work. Have some Boyd Coddington 15x8s for it but would prefer something a little bit bigger, maybe 18x8s front, 18x11s back.Aug 02, 2010
