1974 Chevrolet Corvette Reviews, Pricing & Specs

1974 was a turning point of sorts for the storied Corvette: it was the last year of the "big block" engine, the last year without catalytic converters (and therefore the last of the true dual exhaust), the first of the Gymkhana suspension, and the first year with rubber bumpers.
The engine was either a 350ci V8, with 195 hp, or a 350ci V8, with 250 hp (L-82). But the wicked 454ci was offered as an option. Being a true 70's machine, seats were available in both vinyl and leather. This one rocks!!!

Hi Someone will help me to get infos about this Enginecodes?? Thx
Hello, I am inexperienced and purchased a 74 corvette. How do I determine what the original color of the car was? It is not on the title. Thank you for your help!
I purchased a 1974 corvette on a whim and would like to get it painted back to the original color. I am trying to restore everything I can to original or as close as possible. I am unsure how to determine the paint color. Any help would be appreciated. Also if you have an idea of what a paint job would cost for the 1974 vette in Michigan. Thank you.
I just purchsed a 74 corvette, how can I tell if I have the L48 or L82 engine. Thanks
It has the original motor, the numbers match. Thanks Jim
