It's a fun car to drive, but to restore is another story, Parts are expensive and setting up the rear suspension can be tricky. If your going to restore one of these DO YOUR HOMEWORK, These cars take more attention to detail than most but if you have the patience and not afraid to work with fiberglass then do it to it, it's well worth the effort when it's done.

Quick and powerful but anything but a straight line is stretching it lol. Very sleek and stylish. Gas mileage isn't good, but it's expected with older sports cars. The car is extremely fun to drive around. Definitely a true classic.

This is great week-end fun car, not a good car for long trips. I get a lot of thumbs up with this one because of the old school look and the sound and power of the fastburn 385 crate motor.

I love everything about this car, the styling, the performance and the busted knuckles I've gotten working on it. It's American! It'll last forever and it's faster than most ALL cars out there, especially Mustangs! It fits me like a glove, drives like it's on rails and is faster than Mustangs. Did I say it was fast?

what isnt there to like its a corvette convertible !?!?! it can do crazy burnounts.it is almost 37 years old and it runs and drives like new.it costs alot to buy,drive,and maitain it but its definetly worth every penny. i dont think any car is more fun to drive.

I love my car more than people love their children. She's my baby. I bought her from my cousin as a college graduation present to myself and I've been working on her ever since. She's a blast to drive! Since she is older she does require frequent maintenence but I knew what I was getting in to. She's a classic! ;)

Good overall car for your first Corvette as they are the lowest cost units to rebuild or repair. The late 60's to early 70's body style had chrome front bumpers front and rear which were known to take a "hit" in just garage parking never mind anything else, so to have an original mounted set with no rust and undamaged was rare.

a cool car and its extreme ly fast lol .. a classic 1972 chevrolet corvette preformance 100 o/o engine 100 o/o exaust 100 o/o drive 100 o/o and its good for a husband and wife day out or a race .

350/370 hp, TH400, ragtop, tell me whats not to like? The looks I get when I am cruising. Man, this car rocks! I know the tech aspect isnt what a new Vette is, but I do most all work myself. can you say that about your 2002?

This was a great restoration project. Everything replaced or restored. The only think not working is the air conditioning and that's because after 3 years of restoring, when i finally got to drive it, I stopped working on it. I didn't need the air conditioning because I never drive it with the top up or the hard top on. Runs great and drives great. While I haven't been on any long rode trips I would not have any feat on taking this car cross country.
