This little Triumph is a thrill to drive. It has a 2 liter straight 6 under the bonnet (hood to us yanks) that gets its 2100 lbs moving very quickly. It handles pretty good in the twisties as well. Triumph only made 13000 of this Mark III model between Oct 1970 & Dec 1973 before production stopped for the GT6 making this a pretty rare car.Apr 12, 2013

These cars are designed to rot from the inside out. Unreliable electrics, & squishy suspension. The stright six engine is a work horse that delivers up to 100 bhp and is strong enough to rip the rear differential right off its mounts. Mine has new electronic ignition, upgraded urethane bushings, racing springs and tube shock conversion. All new urethane motor, transmission, and differential mounts. The body work is almost complete. Jan 02, 2008
